So, who isKaLynn Lashae

KaLynn Lashae was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, but her story was never meant to stay within city limits. Since joining the United States Air Force in 2012, her work has reached more than 100 universities, where she has trained, developed, and connected with hundreds of students, professionals, and leaders.

But the uniform? That’s only part of the story.

A mother of three, woman of faith, speaker, and lifelong student, KaLynn draws from her experiences with motherhood, loss, leadership, and personal growth to create conversations that challenge people to think differently and show up more intentionally.

Through speaking, training, and community initiatives, she brings an unapologetically authentic approach to leadership, accountability, confidence, faith, and identity. Now pursuing her doctorate, KaLynn continues to build opportunities for others while refusing to let any single title define her.

Because some of life’s greatest lessons don’t come with a syllabus. They come from living, learning, and having the nerve to try again.
