Created in 2020 during COVID as a virtual professional development seminar for service members working across universities.
What it was
Blue Table Talk was a virtual professional development series created in 2020 to connect Air Force ROTC enlisted cadre through peer-to-peer learning. What began with service members across 20 universities grew into an enterprise-wide initiative reaching 108 universities across all 50 states and Puerto Rico, bringing more than 200 participants together for conversations on professional development, leadership, mental health and the shared challenges of serving in geographically separated environments.

Looking back
Blue Table Talk showed me that people don't always need another training. Sometimes they need a space to learn from each other, say what isn't being said and realize they aren't navigating the work alone.
